The Leadership Team that oversees the ministry is comprised of nine women who live in various states. They gather together each January to seek the Lord's direction for the ministry  and maintain a close relationship with the Lord and each other throughout the year. Motivated by love, their greatest desire is to see others free and fulfilling their destinies.
