India         

The India mission, in the providence of of Tamil Nandu, has been an ongoing project of one of the members of our leadership team for over 20 years. PeaceMakers joined in the effort a few years ago. There is a sewing and computer school in the village of Srivilliputtur that teaches young girls. There have been over 3,000 young women who have graduated from this school. The publishing company, Good News Society, which has two printing presses, prints Bibles in the Tamil language and Bibles on CD that are distributed throughout the Tamil nation. Also concordances and dictionaries are printed and distributed to pastors and Bible students. During our visit in 2005, PeaceMakers International was able to provide a concrete floor for the Koomapatty Village Church. On our most recent trip in January 2007, we ministered in the small villages, churches, our school, and loved on the village as a whole.

We have a new project in the Providence of Kerala. In the mountains of the tea plantations we are providing bags of rice to hungry families. You can join us by sending a donation of $10.00 for a fifty pound bag, which will feed a family of four for one month! Please indicate on your check that the donation is for our Rice Project. We need to buy one hundred and fifty bags per month to cover this mountain area.

We are planning our next trip for January of 2009. Please contact us if you would like to be a part of the India missions.  

Israel         

Our annual trip to Israel is during Sukkot and we attend the Feast of the Tabernacles conference sponsored by the International Christian Embassy Jerusalem. We stay at the Rosary Convent and minister to and bring gifts for the young girls that live there. Our goal is to be a blessing to all the people groups and share with them the love of Jesus.

The dates for the next trip are October 10th to the 24th, 2008, and will include the dates of the Feast of Tabernacles conference, which is October 13-19.

Honduras   

Each year PeaceMakers International makes a missions trip to Yoro, Honduras in the month of November. We are helping to build a school, distribute clothing, and minister to the people in the love and compassion of Jesus.

The dates for the 2008 trip are yet to be determined.

Costa Rica  

PeaceMakers International makes at least one missions trip to Costa Rica each year. We join with Destiny Network Alliance to minister to the people through Youth Ministry, Women's Ministry, Marriage Seminars, Apostolic Conferences and Business Leaders Conferences.

The dates for the 2008 trip are yet to be determined.
